We’re growing and looking to add a full time Automotive Detailer to our team!

This position is a full time, permanent role and we're looking for someone who shows strong work ethic, attention to detail, and has a strong interest in a career within the professional detailing industry. We aim to provide lots of opportunity for growth, with opportunities to cross train in other services like polishing, ceramic coatings and automotive films, so finding someone passionate about developing their skills long term in this industry is crucial.

At Sindicate Auto Salon, detailing is not a quick wash or basic clean. It’s precise work focused on getting vehicles as close to new condition as possible. Many of our interior details take a full day to complete properly, removing built up dirt, stains, and pet hair from even the smallest areas.

Our team follows a structured detailing process, so organization, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining extremely high standards is extremely important. We’re looking for someone who is just as particular about the details as we are and takes pride in meticulous work.

Professional detailing experience is considered an asset, but we are willing to train the right person who is motivated, detail oriented, and genuinely interested in a career in professional detailing.

General Duties:

-Perform deep interior detailing to restore vehicles as close to new condition as -possible
-Thoroughly vacuum interiors, including tight crevices, seat rails, vents, and hard-to-reach areas
-Remove pet hair, dirt, and debris from carpets and upholstery using specialized tools and techniques
-Shampoo carpets, seats, and interior materials to remove stains and buildup
-Clean and restore interior surfaces including dashboards, consoles, door panels, trim, and glass
- Follow a set detailing process, making sure no areas are overlooked
-Assist with prep washing vehicles prior to other services
-Support team members with additional services offered at the shop when needed
-Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace

Requirements:

-Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach frequently while working inside vehicles
-Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized while completing detailed work
-Reliable and punctual
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
-Takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality work
-Driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
